 ​Building and sustaining a successful company can be challenging.  One of the biggest lessons I've learned in my journey is that real company success happens when strong leadership and positive cultures thrive.  When you build a company that treats every individual with respect and encourages them to grow and participate at their greatest contribution, the outcome is amazing.

​My clients and Vistage Executive Group Members believe in their people and believe that by building themselves and their teams, they also build their organizations, which brings success to everyone.

I believe in the work I do because I lived it.  Growing up in a family where daughters were not supposed to have careers, I know what it means to achieve more than you ever thought possible.

With a 25-year career in banking, I was part of the executive team at Sovereign Bank (now Santander) that created and executed the acquisition strategy resulting in explosive growth in the late 1980's and 90's.  That led me to the Chief Operating Officer position at Patriot Bank (a billion dollar bank now part of Truist), where I provided leadership for the operations and retail divisions and developed a powerful sales and employee-focused culture.  One of my professional highlights was when Patriot Bank was named the 2nd Best Place to Work in Pennsylvania in 2003.

After working 8 years as a Founding Principal in FOCUSED, LLC, I launched Naugle Associates, LLC in 2014.  I work closely with executives and their organizations on leadership, strategy and culture.  In 2010, I aligned with Vistage Worldwide because it is the leading executive development organization in the world and brings the best resources to both my groups and members.

I believe community is important and support numerous nonprofit organizations.  Current community Board service includes the United Way of Berks County. Past board service includes the Berks County Community Foundation, Berks Nature, Opportunity House, Olivet Boys & Girls Club, and the Berks County Chamber of Commerce.
